Question 6 .What is Red Light Camera?

In New York City and other part of the country/world there are  Red Light Camera or RLC.  A RLC will take a picture of your car as you go past a red light. If the picture shows that you passed the light when it was red a traffic summons will be mailed to your address requesting payment of a fine.
